Walk-ins are always welcome at Destiny Optical. That said, booking ahead guarantees your preferred time slot — especially for comprehensive eye exams.

Yes — OHIP covers comprehensive eye exams for patients under 18 and over 65, once per year. For patients between 18 and 64, private insurance may cover part or all of the exam cost.

Yes. We bill most major providers directly — including Sun Life, Canada Life, Blue Cross, Manulife, Desjardins, and RBC Insurance. No upfront cost for most covered services.

A comprehensive eye exam typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. If you're being fitted for contact lenses or require additional testing, allow a little extra time.
